What we do.
Lighthouse Land Planning was formed by three Montauk residents who had formerly worked for the Town of East Hampton and had a passion for meaningful participation in the process of development. As residents of East Hampton we share a commitment to the protection of our unique natural resources and have the experience to assist landowners navigate the complex permitting processes that are required to obtain approvals on the East End of Long Island. We also provide meaningful feedback and guidance to insure that the proposed project complies with the important protection strategies employed by the various state and local agencies that review applications.

Lighthouse Land Planning provides all its services based on the hourly rates of each of its principals and can accommodate any request for land use help or guidance including residential development and commercial development projects.
